Vianey was great! She helped us find the right home, and gave us comps for the area. Before signing with her we briefly spoke with another agent and he was not able to answer questions and wanted to really low ball the offer. Vianey recommended a number based in comps, which was initially rejected but was able to negotiate a great deal for us. She even had the home cleaned prior to getting us the keys! I highly recommend using her when buying a home.

I'd give 100 stars if I could! Vianey is the best realtor in the world! We flew out to Houston from Chicago to look at houses and she showed us over 30 different houses in 3 days! We found an amazing house in a great neighborhood, all thanks to her! A thousand thanks for all you did for us.

I spoke with Vianey on Monday about a home I wanted to see in person and also requested any other info since she there was not much to go off of on the listing itself. She scheduled me in for Wednesday @6pm to see the house in person. Tuesday she texts me into see if 5pm was okay, I agreed. On Wednesday she never showed @5pm, I text and called her direct line with no response. Still have yet to receive any other info on the home or a call/text back. I will not be looking at any other home in the future with this agent.

Working with Vianey was so great! She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. 100% recommend her she got me exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond for me.
