I sent an email inquiring about a house for sale to Zillow sometime in the middle of June aEUR~21 in Tennessee while I was still living in Virginia, not scheduled to move to Tennessee until the end of August. Veronica responded within about an hour, and she worked with me until we found a place that worked out TWO AND A HALF MONTHS LATER! Throughout all the difficulties of being given a constant influx of addresses I was interested in, looking at/sending me video walkthroughs, dealing with me being two states away trying to decide on houses without seeing them in person, and advising me on how to negotiate the crazy housing market at the time, she stuck with me until the end. At no time did I feel as though I was working with a real estate agent. She was a friend from the first phone call, 100% concerned with finding the house I wanted. Amidst trying to find a home in another state, I was also in the process of retiring from the military, preparing to begin working a new job, and selling my home in Virginia. As difficult as juggling all of these things were, she went well out of her way to make finding my next home as easy as it could be. I didnt meet her in person until a month and a half later. She could have bailed on me at any time, and focused on her efforts on other potential buyers who were physically in her area, but she didnt. I cant recommend her highly enough. She will not fail you in your search for your next home. Thanks, Veronica!
