We contacted Alexis when we were ready to move from NY to NC. We had concerns about coordinating the purchase of the new home along with the sale of the condo but with her guidance we were able to execute the move and sale easily. Alexis is incredibly warm and friendly and she gave us realistic numbers when putting our place up for sale. Her knowledge of the market and efforts in the open house gave us solid offers within days and we were able to move quickly which was important as we had another house we were closing on and a cross state move in the midst of all this. She was great about small things too like checking in on the condo, our mail and following up with the buyers to make sure the process was moving along. Her experience was extremely comforting in a stressful time/process and we couldn't have done it without her. In the end we got full price for our condo and we are very happily relocated now!

Do yourself a favor and get Ken Fink in your corner! Ken was instrumental in our finding the perfect home for our family. He took the time to get to know us so as to really discern our needs for buying a property, but also made sure we also got our wants. Kenneth went way beyond normal duties from the very start for us as we were beginning our search.
