Verlandine is extremely knowledgeable in her field and a pleasure to work with. She was able to assist my cousin & I in attaining a clean apartment in a safe neighborhood. Throughout the process Verlandine kept us informed about next steps and the necessary paperwork required to close the deal. Her communication was also excellent as was often readily available for calls or answered texts quickly in regards to the questions I had. Verlandine affectionately known as (Vee) She has been my saving Grace, and she can be yours as well. This young lady is a fireball of TNT, my circumstance was a bit unusual yet it was very easy to talk with her. She was very patient with me even on the days I felt stuck in a rut And did not think I could look at one more property, Vee Always knew exactly what to say. With today's technology purchasing a home is a lot more computer than you could imagine. There is electronic signature documents, electronic, downloaded contracts, electronic, this electronic that it became so humorous, at a point, we were able to laugh about it. She assisted me and every way possible. The ending result was the perfect house, the lowest interest rate, and the best realtor. This young lady has a heart of gold and if you're looking for a saving Grace I would highly recommend you giving her a call. I have already referred her to my daughter who was looking for a rental. She does it all not just assisting with the Purchase/Sell of property/home , she helps with rentals. When it comes time to move again or invest in a property I will have.
