I was asking the rental fee from Vera. I sent a message to Zillow and was connected with Vera. She asked me several questions, I responded them. But She was very rude and she hung up the phone before I completed my speech! It was very negative experience.Will never work with her!

I worked with Vera on both the seller and buyer side. I reached out to Vera to help me list my home in Boston in November 2020, and she found my new home in January 2021. This was my first time as a seller and she was so helpful with walking me through the steps of staging my home, getting it ready for the market and the closing process. Everything went smoothly and I was thrilled when my home received offers after the first and only open house! Vera also showed me quite a few places since I was looking at both houses and condos. She knew exactly what I was looking for, and always pointed out things that I may have missed if I sent her a listing that I was interested in. We both knew I had found the right place as soon as we walked in. The buying process also went smoothly and the sellers were great.
