I became a licensed Sales-Associate (Realtor) in the year 2000. A few years later, I became a Broker-Associate when I took my broker course not only to gain more knowledge in the Real Estate field, but also to have my options open and maybe one day open up my own office. I have developed the necessary skills and experience taken to work with serious clients whether its buyers or sellers that deserve true professionalism and expertise in the South Florida Real Estate Market. In today's evolving market conditions, it takes a true expert to know how to achieve a client's goal; whether it is to successfully market their home with the intentions of selling it for "Top Dollar+or to direct my clients in the right direction to achieve their goal of owning their first home someday. Vanessa was absolutely amazing. My siblings and I were selling our late parents' home and didn't have much experience or expertise in the process. She was incredibly communicative, honest, and organized. The added complexities of our situation didn't phase her and we closed in less than 1.5 months after listing. She went out of her way to protect us and the property. 2/3 of us were out-of-state and she guided us through the whole process. She even went out of her way to pick up documents, coordinate calls, and was frequently checking in during the closing process. I don't think it could have gone any smoother on her part and I am willing to bet that realtors like her are the exception. Could not recommend her enough.
