Vanessa has been a real estate agent for over 10 years with experience in Listings, Sells, Property Management, Commercial, Land, Short Sales and Foreclosures. I was a former attorney and have been a real estate agent for almost 5 years. I recently furthered my Real Estate knowledge by obtaining my GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) designation. I also have experience with all of the above mentioned properties through legal work and as an Agent. We have owned businesses together and worked as a team for over 17 years. Vanessa arranged and supervised the cleanup and staging for sale my mother's house. We live in another state 1300 miles away. I don't know how we would have managed the prep and sale without Vanessa. There were a multitude of problems that Vanessa guided us through with a calm and professional, yet next door neighbor friendly manner.

I bought a home in Texas based on contingency that I sell my home in Las Vegas. Vanessa was the seller's agent on the home and not mine yet she did everything I asked as if she were mine. She went the extra mile for me and she was a pleasure to work with and speak to over the miles. She assured me many times when I got skeptical in the process. She exceeded my expectations and she even took me to San Padre Island for lunch. She's not only Professional but Fun as well. She went out of her way to make recommendations for me and even found me a great church. I highly recommend her for any and all real estate investments you may have. I would give a Million and 1 stars. But they only allow 5.
