Our daughter recommended Vanessa Cebulski, and we shared what we were looking for (which changed several times during the search). Vanessa provided listings in the area for us to review and updates on the market. We found the perfect home and Vanessa's knowledge of the market allowed us to submit a strong offer that was accepted over several others. Vanessa worked very closely with us throughout the entire purchasing process. Since we were still living on the West coast it was necessary for us to do a remote closing which Vanessa was able to manage expertly. A few days before the closing the Title company handling our sale was hit by a cyber-attack that shut down their operations for a week. Before we even found out about this attack Vanessa had already moved our closing over to another Title company which allowed us to close on time. We highly recommend Vanessa and wouldn't hesitate to use her services again in the future.
