I have been in the Real Estate industry for over 18 years, starting with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from New York University (NYU). My background includes Property Management, as well as the acquisition, renovation and disposition of small income producing properties. I also have experience in the property valuation field, having been a real estate appraiser trainee. I believe that giving back to the community provides balance in my life. That is why, among other endeavors, I have volunteered at habitat for humanities, which was a wonderful experience. The true barometer of my character lies in what people think about me as opposed to what I think about myself. My formal education in Real Estate is and asset to Real Estate investors as well as providing Homeowners with the necessary information to determine if it's the best time to sell, or assisting the first time Homebuyer in selecting the right property in the right neighborhood and at the right price. Purchasing or selling real estate is one of the biggest financial decisions in most peoples' lives - It doesn't matter if its an investment property or your primary residence, residential or commercial, be represented...... so why not be represented by the BEST!
