This was a professional matter, and the withdrawals listed on her statement were never deposited to our account. We asked the new property management company if they could make sense of it, and they replied affirming that those withdrawals should match an owner deposit. They did not. Original review stands as follows: We had an extremely disappointing experience with Kelly Anne Lanham and Remax Elite in her role as property manager. She consistently demonstrated a lack of professionalism and transparency in her communication with my siblings and me. Despite multiple requests, she refused to answer straightforward questions regarding the tenants, rent, and the status of the management agreement aEUR" which we had not renewed. Without our knowledge or consent, she entered into new lease agreements, directly contradicting our inquiries. Furthermore, she made inappropriate and unfounded remarks about my sibling, implying internal family conflict where the exact opposite is true. On several occasions, she deliberately excluded one or more of us from email communications. When we transitioned to a new property management company, she withheld funds, failed to provide clear financial statements, and her accounting included questionable charges and documentation that was inconsistent and confusing. Her behavior throughout was unprofessional, and, at times, outright hostile. We are now stuck in leases we did not authorize, and dealing with the financial aftermath of her mismanagement. We cannot in good conscience recommend Kelly Anne Lanham for any real estate or property management services. Proceed with extreme caution if she is involved in a transaction. We have since moved to a new manager who is transparent, kind, responsive, respectful, and gives full access to all accounting at all times through a portal. We have purchased a second property with them and are incredibly happy with their service!
