You will NEVER find another realtor who cares as much about her clients as Val Terrett! We have been working with her since 2002 and shes guided us through a half-dozen transactions from vacant land to long-distance purchasing to property management. Selling my long time residence seemed like it might be a daunting and emotional process but Val Terrett made the experience a very positive one by telling me what I should expect throughout the process. Val did everything for us in a very efficient manner, even as we were buying this home in Hobe Sound, while we were in another state! She took pictures of the house and e-mailed me. She had an inspector come and do everything needed - site unseen!
