We are located in the beautiful historical Swab Estate property located at 30 West Main St. PO Box 50, Elizabethville, PA 17023. Berry Mountain Associates, Inc. was established in August 28, 2014. The current building the corporation resides in at 30 West Main St in Elizabethville, was purchased on October 29, 2014. Magnolia Realty Services is a DBA of Berry Mountain Associates, Inc. that was opened for business on August 3, 2015 and is an independently owned and operated real estate brokerage business in the state of Pennsylvania. The building itself has a great history. It is the original estate of Jonas Swab, established in 1873, and later passed on the property in 1903 to his only surviving daughter Etta Swab, who wed Alfred "Fred" Margerum of Trenton, NJ in 1901 where they lived and resided in the property from 1903-1920. The Margerum Family commonly refers to this property as "Etta's House", as the neighboring property is now referred to as the Swab Mansion that Jonas built and finished in 1903 located 24 West Main St, one property to the East of Magnolia Realty Services. Though the "Company" has no significance to the Swab Family, it does have significance to the current owners, Shawn and Mandy Carl. Magnolia Realty Services was named after their daughter, Magnolia Carl, born in 2012.
