I recently worked with a client who was facing a big decision about her move to New York for work. She had a beautiful home near a lake that she was torn about leaving behind. After many thoughtful conversations about her options, she made an empowering choice to either rent or sell her property. Ultimately, she decided that renting was the best route for her. It was so inspiring to see her confidence grow, and within just one day of listing, we had the property under contract with a fantastic two-year agreement! I began my real estate career in early 2002. I had recently transitioned from a position in law enforcement to the real estate sector, seeking a lifestyle that would better accommodate my growing family.
