Unprofessional and disrespectful. My husband and I had an initial first time homebuyer's meeting scheduled with Valerie at 2:30 in East Greenwich (we are first time home buyers looking for an agent to help us with the process). We showed up. She did not. I messaged her while we waited outside her office, nothing. About 30 minutes later she messaged back saying she had to reschedule. Said she sent an email that morning. I didn't get an email that morning, rather 6:09 pm (our appointment was at 2:30pm). No message, no call,no text message. There are some you agents that are grateful for clients, clearly this one doesn't care at all. Imagine if this is a practice that would continue throughout home buying process. That would be awful!!!! I recommend you choose someone else. Someone with integrity, professional, honest and respectful.

Where to start? Val was fantastic. I reached out because I was sick of living in an apartment, paying way too much money and having nothing to show for it. I was clueless what to do and didnt even know if my wife and I would be able to buy a house. Val helped us figure out that we could afford it. We then started to look at houses and for a period of time while we were under quarantine, did virtual tours. When we were looking to buy a house, the houses were closing in days with multiple offers. With each house we looked at and got out bid on, Val paid attention to what we liked about each to help us find our perfect home. After a short time we found that home. A home that we could house our 4 animals and have room to start a family while having space for our hobbies. She was there for us every step of the way.
