We called on her due to her reputation as the realtor in our community who was known for market oriented pricing, excellent presentation, experience, and a reputation for closing sales in greater numbers and shorter listing times than her competitors. We chose her to list our current residence and find us an new residence -- and she did both quickly and effectively.     Val Brier is by far the best realtor Ive ever worked with. She always stays cool & calm through all the stress of home buying & selling. We sold our home in Santa Fe & bought one in Houston. The Santa Fe sale went perfectly smooth. I wish we could have have her in Houston as that whole experience was a nightmare due to an inexperienced realtor. I highly recommend her.
