?DO NOT PICK THIS AGENT it was the worst nightmare to sign a contract with this agent, my story is simple I wanted to sell my house in one area and buy another house in another area. I assigned her as the selling agent. but as she knows that I am interested in buying another house he started showing me another houses. she knew that I have a family and I have kids to take care of. I am just like everyone else trying to get the best deal on the purchase price. when I found a property that we like she told me that it has two offers and I have to submit an offer by noon next day and it must be at listing price for higher ! "wow' I called another agent and they told me there is no offers on that property and I was able to put an offer on that property and my offer was accepted with a lower price. so she lied to us on our purchase Journey also she promised me to send me a copy of my listing contract which I kept arguing begging her to send it for few days. also she lied about her marketing plan for my house , she said she will make it 3D View for the house. but after signing the contract she only two few bad looking pictures with a bad description on Posted it . finally I told her that I want to cancel my listing contract as it says in the listing that I have the right to cancel. she refused to cancel when it's against the law. I am in the process of filing multiple complaints starting with her broker and going to the real estate associate of California also Department of Real Estate. she does not even deserve a one-star she does not deserve nothing.
