We are beyond happy we chose Valarie as our agent for the recent sell of our home. We met with other realtors but she simply blew us away with her knowledge of comps, the current market, real estate in our area, our 1970s home and a personality that is quite frankly, unmatched! She is very responsive, caring and just overall so easy to work with. We listed on a Thursday, had multiple showings throughout the day and Friday. When requests started to slow down a bit we decided we'd like to do an open house Saturday and without hesitation she agreed! By morning she had beautiful lettered yard art on the front lawn advertising the open house. It was the best touch and goes to show how much thought she puts into her work! Not surprising at all, but our buyer came from the open house! We knew she would get the job done and trusted her every step of the way. Valarie will forever be our go to agent!
