He is a master in negotiation. He knows how to write an offer and close the deal on hot properties with multiple offers. I bought my house 5 years ago through him and he did an exceptional job on pushing my offer against the others and at the end he get some credit from seller too. We also have bought two other properties through him and we were very happy on all purchases.

Warren helped me save my house as it went into foreclosure, when it was almost impossible to do so. He stayed with it right to the last minute; pushing for everything I could have hoped for. He took the time to make me feel as if I was his only client. Warren kept up with, and informed me of each step of the process including all the negotiations, ups & downs. He even kept me in the loop when the saving of my house almost fell through at the last hour right before the Mortgage Company agreed to take on a new mortgage. I would highly recommend him, which I have, to several of my co-workers who have also used warren with their real estate needs.

Warren Abakians is an extremely knowledgeable and fair broker. Our house was listed for only a few months before he was able to find a buyer for us. Unfortunately, the buyer changed his mind during the period we had opened escrow, and the deal fell through. He worked very hard to identify new buyers for our property, and I am happy to say that Warren was able to find another buyer in what felt like just a few weeks, and get us an offer for $40,000 more than the previous asking price. I truly appreciate his hard work, and his ability to close the deal under difficult circumstances. I recommend him highly for any real estate transaction. He is very courteous and cooperative. It is very easy to reach him, and he will take the time to explain the most complicated of transactions. He has a lot of experience in the field, and is able to guide buyers and investors alike on buying as well as selling strategies.
