We wanted to quickly move to California but we didn't know a Realtor. So when we saw a property that we liked very much on Zillow, we just pushed the button to have an agent assigned. It was a question of minutes that Vahe contacted us and, from there, he took us through the whole process at speed light and we ended up closing on the property after three weeks and everything was pretty smooth. The best quality why I would recommend Vahe is his responsiveness and passion for what he does. We were three our apart and yet he would send texts or call very early in his morning or working till late into his night so that we could find an answer the morning after. He is very approachable and constantly keeping us updated. Great guy !
