Heron was an incredible asset in our home purchasing endeavor. During our purchase we had a load of questions that for first-time home buyers we were unable to answer ourselves. Heron was able to garner a special relationship with us as he navigated our home purchase. Our search for our home took approximately one month with many viewings and phone calls with Heron, evaluating properties and numbers based on his decades of experience in the real estate industry, both in the commercial building and purchase/sale of properties. With his expertise in our area of purchase, we were able to come to a final property that matched all of our requirements, within budget, and was open to all of our terms and conditions. Navigating the housing market without Herons professional opinion and expertise would have been impossible. Herons strategic knowledge and implementation was key to our home buying timeframe. Keeping us as buyers grounded to the transaction was crucial in our evaluations, leading us to have an offer accepted in a timely manner. Our Escrow period was accelerated as part of our strategy, something that scared us as buyers due the timeframe all of our work would need to be completed. During escrow, Heron made the process as smooth as possible, helping to manage communications between all of the involved parties. I recommend Heron as an agent with the highest praise, if you are a first-time homebuyer, having an agent with the wealth of knowledge Heron carries with him to every showing and meeting is critical for making an informed decision. If you are an experienced homebuyer or seller but havent engaged in the housing market recently, having Heron on your team, someone who is effective in strategy and implementation in the changing market circumstances, will greatly strengthen your prospects. I fully endorse Heron as our Real Estate agent and yours. Making the correct decision on our home was easy with Heron, but that started with the first correct decision of choosing Heron from the start.
