After almost 12 months of zero results from a local realtor I reached out to friends and was given Tysons name. My property was a condo in the Rancho Las Palmas CC he did tell me he usually represents much higher end properties but was happy to take me on. We met at my condo where he had prepared an extensive portfolio on my property and others in my neighborhood. He explained the rational for reducing my asking price. I was already there anyway. My previous agent had way over priced it even though I told him what my bottom line was, he never got close. Tyson gave me two options ask slightly below or just at it. He said either was fine with him. We went for a little above with room to go down. Also during that meeting I asked if he wanted me to declutter. He said yes and pointed out a few things . I was never against this process but my previous realtor said there was no need. I removed a few things and he took beautiful pictures. He wanted an open house, I was against it but he spent 5 min explaining why it was important and I agreed. I just wanted my property sold! He only had to have 2 open houses and we got an offer within 30 days. The termite inspection found termites. I paid for the inspection and the remediation was going to cost $600. Tyson having asked around found out that if the HOA inspected it and found termites they would pay for the remediation cost. So I was out the $125 but I saved $600. That was good thinking by Tyson and I really appreciated it . Tyson is eager to please and his frequent communication which was lacking with the previous one was finally a breath of fresh air. Tyson will yell it like it is. He will do his utmost best for you. Give him a call.
