Tyson was posting the For Sale sign at the home we had just seen on Zillow.com as we were driving by to eyeball it. We talked a few minutes, then Tyson called the owner to get permission for us to walk through. We knew immediately this would be our home. We had conversations with Tyson and he with the owner over the next few days. We were able to come to an advantageous to all agreement. The escrow firm he guided us to was the best, and they in turn helped us find homeowners and earthquake insurances. The whole process was smooth and moved along speedily.
