Tyler Potter is a great Realtor! We interviewed a number of realtors for helping my mother sell her house, and Tyler stood out. First, from the enthusiastic recommendation from a work colleague, and secondly from meeting him in person. Tyler was clear eyed about prospects in a down market and confident as well. He gave good advice on what was good value proposition for repairs and maintenance and what wasn't. Tyler also had a list of reputable vendors to work with, and we used some of his recommendations. Tyler gave us a lower number than others on list price, but he was correctly reading the market. We watched other similar properties in the neighborhood get continuously marked down and finally go off market, while ours received several bids and went into escrow in two weeks! Make no mistake, if you want to get the most out of your sale you will need to put in the work, but Tyler will be more than helpful in making it happen!
