When my wife and I decided to sell our house in Universal City a friend recommended the Castillo Group because they had successfully sold three houses for him! I contacted Tyler Moore and immediately liked his laid back but professional style. When we met at our kitchen table he brought Real Estate Comparative Market Analysis for our area, financial information, and everything we needed to wrap our head around the process. He saved us money from the gitgo by doing a walk through and recommending what we really should do and what we really didnt need to do. During the process which took about 2 months he checked in often, updated us on marketing and trends, and responded to our calls asap. Tyler is the best ? more a friend rather than just my agent. He picked me up and drove me to the closing. He was always available to me and if I had questions he was right there. He was a gentleman in all aspects. He checked with me often to be sure we were on the same page. He ranks in the very top of an agent and a friend. He even gave me a thank you card ?loaded?. This was my first time at selling a house. I had heard sad stories about what some people had gone through when selling their home so I wasnt really looking forward to it. Tyler changed all that! Even with the first buyer backing out of the closing date. He always kept me informed on what was being done even when he was out of town for a bit. We are first time sellers and I could not believe how smooth everything went considering all we had to do. When we first considered selling, we were going to go through one of those awful cash up front services and would have had to pay THEM $2,500 whereas going through Tyler ensured a big net income. We were under contract when the winter storm hit and had to fix some damages. Throughout the entire process, Tyler made close contact with us and the buyers to ensure both parties were satisfied. He even shopped around for flooring options and cabinets as water damage made us have to replace them both. Additionally, he kept in contact with the repair service companys to ensure everything was fixed in a timely manner and no delay in closing. Tyler truly takes pride in his work and his clients. He really went above and beyond his job expectations as the seller agent and we couldnt be more satisfied. He really represented us as the sellers flawlessly and made sure that everything was done in our best interest. If for some reason we ever move back to Texas, I will 100% be reaching out to Tyler for help as the service was absolutely exceptional!

Tyler is amazing! I interviewed several agents before using Tyler. The others were pushy, opinionated unwilling to listen or even walk the property. Tyler was not pushy, he listened to my concerns and even helped with paint colors. He left his brochure and asked that I call him when ready. No other agent like him. Tyler was confident and knowledgeable. He has sold a property for me and got more than expected. His negotiating skills are phenomenal. He will be selling a house for my wife and I shortly.
