Tyler was instrumental in negotiating with the builder and myself for a price reduction and a very large closing cost credit. He was able to be with the builder in my place for re-inspection and review for discrepancies in my new home. At the time I was living in another state and could not be present. He is knowledgeable and gave recommendations and consultations pursuing forward on my house transaction and interacting with many people on my behalf. If I move again, I will certainly ask Tyler to represent me as my realtor. I have moved a few times before and always hired a new realtor, but Tyler is an exception.
