It helped set our expectations throughout the process. After looking at a few houses we definitely nailed down what we wanted in a home and the Hensons were able to show us numerous listings that fit the bill. We got pre-approved early on in the process like the Hensons recommended so when it came time to make an offer there was no delay. Once the negotiations started, Tyler exceeded our expectations by getting the appliances included and getting a credit on top of that! Once the seller accepted the terms Tyler did amazing job with explaining what we should expect leading up to the closing date. He also provided great recommendations for our home inspection and a title company that would perform our closing. It was comforting to know that he has dealt with all these companies previously as their are many scammers you need to look out for. Since our home was a new build, we had a aEURoeblue tapeaEUR? walk through where you point out any imperfections that you want the builder to fix prior to closing. During the walkthrough with the Hensons, they caught a lot of imperfections that my wife and I overlooked. The builder had his work cut out for him, but we appreciated it so much as it saved us tons of headaches that we would of had once we moved in. His responsiveness to phone calls, text messages, and emails were very quick and even quicker during negotiations. He always kept us in loop throughout the entire process. Its been 4 months since we moved in and we are almost done making it a home! Couldnt be happier with our home buying experience.
