Tyler was wonderful to work with. I did an interstate move from Georgia to Illinois. I had one day to look at properties and Tyler set them up and we hit them the day after Thanksgiving. Once I found the one, he was instrumental in walking me though the ins and outs of Illinois real estate. Sometimes the logistics of coordinating this move was overwhelming and a glich at closing threatened to throw my carefully laid plans off, but Tyler was unflappable and was able to work it out with all parties. He was truly a joy to work with and now I am happily settled in Rockford!

Coming into a situation with being a first home buyer. It was very hard and very frustrating at times to where I wanted to quit looking and go back renting.
