Tyler talks a great game, but has zero follow through. It took 3 weeks to get a sign in my yard, very little communication on his part (except to complain about other realtors, I.e. not his fault the realtor for the house across the street lowered their price or that realtor is violating the ethics code). Signed listing at end of December, house has been shown 4 times. My job situation has changed, I will no longer be moving. When I asked to take house off market, he informed me my agreement goes through May and he will sell it!

Tyler and his team our top notch! He and his team go above and beyond. For example, we have 2 young kids and both of us work. A showing popped up one day when the house was not in show condition, there was toys everywhere and dishes on the counter from breakfast as we rushed out the door to work and school. He arranged to have his team arrive at the property prior to showing and tidy the house up. He was also the only relator to meet with me and clearly layout the numbers and show the value he and his team could bring to the deal. It was a pleasure working with him! Highly recommend.

Tyler was amazing for both the buy side and the sell side for my family. On the buy side, he used excellent negotiation tactics to get us a home that 5 other families bid on the first day it went active. As we went thru the process he guided us every step of the way. He worked diligently with a pretty difficult sale side realtor to get the repairs and concessions we asked for. On the sell side, he got us the highest price per square feet in our neighborhood!
