Phenomenal, outstanding, excellent. These are more than mere superlatives - they truly describe our experience working with Ty. He was recommended highly to us and was awesome right from the start. He gathered information about our needs, wants and wishes and came back to us with a wealth of suggestions regarding neighborhoods, existing homes, new builds, housing trends and the like, all before we ever met him in person. (We are relocating from out of state.) His suggestions and selection of homes to look at were spot on, so much so that we selected a new build after a weekend of house hunting. I was hesitant about doing a new build long distance, but Ty was an incredible support throughout the process! His fabulous working relationship with our builder helped as well. Whether it was a big question or little one, Tys quick response time was simply amazing. His knowledge of the area runs deep! And, like his house suggestions, all recommendations he has made have been spot on, whether it was about the house process itself, area service providers, infrastructure, state of affairs in the area, etc. Ty is very personable, calm and incredibly patient. While we have no intention of moving again, we wouldnt hesitate to have Ty by our side in any future real estate matters.

Ty was our sell agent, but he did not keep our best interest in mind. His sale strategy is manipulate clients to sale cheaper, so he can have a quick sale. He didn't even try to negotiate between us and the buyer. He didn't consider our concern is valid. if you plan to sale your house at a reasonable price, please go find someone who cares for the client's interest.

Ty was fantastic! We sold our home in under a month and received a full price offer all while out of the area. He communicated with us often about progress and was very helpful in helping us understand the process from listing to closing.

Ty was fantastic! He was able to share his knowledge and personal experience to expand our view on what we wanted and helped us realize some options that we hadn't thought of ourselves. Ty also was meticulous in finding some listings that didn't come up when we searched on our own. One of them ended up being the house that we moved on! It was a little tricky with paper work but Ty was great about communicating what he needed from us in a timely manor. I would %110 recommend Ty especially for first time home buyers!
