During the buying process, he was knowledgeable, responsive, and provided valuable insights based on his knowledge of the market and construction. As we toured each home, he was actively engaged, including looking in attics/crawlspaces and checking on items that were not at the front of our minds. When we found the home that we ultimately bought, he spent much of his Sunday on the phone with us, revising offers, and working to reach an agreement. During the selling process, he answered all of our questions, kept us informed, and made it an easy process. He provided a wealth of knowledge but did not pressure us to make decisions. We are very happy with the house that we ultimately bought, and we were pleased with how selling our old home went. Overall, we felt that our experience working with Ty was outstanding and could not recommend him any higher! We have already recommended him to friends of ours thinking about buying and selling homes in the future.

He was recommended highly to us and was awesome right from the start. He gathered information about our needs, wants and wishes and came back to us with a wealth of suggestions regarding neighborhoods, existing homes, new builds, housing trends and the like, all before we ever met him in person. (We are relocating from out of state.) His suggestions and selection of homes to look at were spot on, so much so that we selected a new build after a weekend of house hunting. I was hesitant about doing a new build long distance, but Ty was an incredible support throughout the process! His fabulous working relationship with our builder helped as well. Whether it was a big question or little one, Tys quick response time was simply amazing. His knowledge of the area runs deep! And, like his house suggestions, all recommendations he has made have been spot on, whether it was about the house process itself, area service providers, infrastructure, state of affairs in the area, etc. Ty is very personable, calm and incredibly patient. While we have no intention of moving again, we wouldnt hesitate to have Ty by our side in any future real estate matters.
ZillowVERIFIEDTy was our sell agent, but he did not keep our best interest in mind. His sale strategy is manipulate clients to sale cheaper, so he can have a quick sale. He didn't even try to negotiate between us and the buyer. He didn't consider our concern is valid. if you plan to sale your house at a reasonable price, please go find someone who cares for the client's interest.
