Mrs Twila was one of the best real estate agents weve had in our 20 years of buying and selling real estate. She came to the listing appointment prepared with factual numbers and statistics. She was well informed of the property, area, and was realistic but took our concerns and expectations into great consideration. She facilitated work with a contractor for our listed home as well as the one we bought. We trusted her for the purchase of our new home as well as she was a great negotiator and was able to get the purchase price to what we felt comfortable paying by being incredibly knowledgeable of the area and not accepting a contract for more than we felt comfortable paying. I cannot recommend her enough. Her expertise, care of her clients, and knowledge truly saved us thousands.

We contacted Twila Bertrand with Cota Century 21 Realty in Lufkin and she met us at our lake house in Etoile. We hit it off immediately. A very sweet and kind lady with an excellent knowledge of the market place and area. Within a day of the listing with Twila we received an offer and Twila negotiated and got our asking price. Wonderful Job. Twila kept us updated through the whole process and got our closing date moved up earlier than previously set.
