Earlier this year I met a couple through Reddit who were curious about what it is really like to live in Breckenridge. Most people online told them not to move here, but I shared a more honest perspective about Summit County life. They reached out, we met in person, and we started searching together. After touring about 50 homes and learning what would truly fit their lifestyle, they realized Frisco was a better match than Breckenridge. They bought a $1.7 million home near Main Street and now live the lifestyle they had imagined. They have since become great friends and part of the local community.

My interest in real estate started young. My dad was a commercial real estate tax appraiser, and I studied finance and real estate at the University of Colorado Boulder. I first worked in the medical real estate field but quickly realized I wanted something more personal and meaningful. I took a leap, joined two top brokers in Winter Park, and discovered how much I loved helping people find mountain homes. In 2017 I moved to Frisco to focus on Summit County full-time, and today I am proud to work with Slifer Smith & Frampton, the number one brokerage in the area.

I hold a business degree with a real estate certificate from the University of Colorado Boulder, which gives me a strong foundation in finance and market analysis. Beyond that, I have years of hands-on experience in the mountain market, where local knowledge and timing make all the difference. I stay current on short-term rental regulations, zoning changes, and neighborhood trends so my clients always have the full picture. My marketing background and negotiation skills help ensure my buyers and sellers have every advantage.
