I recently had the pleasure of working with Tu to purchase a 4-bedroom home in Las Vegas. Living in New York and frequently traveling around the world, I was in numerous time zones, but Tu was always available to assist me. Unlike many realtors who shut their phones down after 5pm, Tu went above and beyond, providing exceptional service regardless of the time. Since I wasnt in Vegas often, Tu took long and detailed videos of the properties I was interested in. She managed to set up seven viewings in one day while I was in town, and one of these homes became my purchase. She didnt just help me find the right property, but also negotiated the right price, added some additional items, and provided a list of contacts to help manage and fix the house. Tu even offered to help with packages while Im away. The entire process, from negotiating to inspection, loan approval, and closing, took only three weeks.
