Troy was AMAZING! We had been looking at houses and finally decided to buy when we got connected with Troy. At the same time we decided to sell our current house and it was a lot to take on all at once. Troy was excellent every step of the way. Any question or concern he addressed immediately and really made buying and selling a smooth process. He quoted us a month to sell the house and it sold on the first weekend (pleasant surprise!) and we are sure it had to do with who we had helping us. He had recommendations for anything we needed from loan servicer, house cleaning to even movers when we needed it. To have someone available to respond at all hours of the day and available whenever we needed to look at houses, walk through, and even move a couple pieces of furniture, he really made the effort to help us any way he could. If you are looking for a real estate agent he's the obvious choice and we would recommend him to anyone who asks!
