If youre looking to buy in the Lansing area, I cannot recommend Chad enough. My husband and I had a long list of wants/needs and were quite picky about what we wanted - it felt like finding a needle in a haystack. Chad walked us through the process in this crazy market and was consistently understanding as well as real with us - it felt like at times he was doubling as a therapist as we worked to find the right house. He fought for us on numerous occasions and was a skilled negotiator - as it was our first time buying we didnt always know what to expect and he always explained things thoroughly. This and his background in building and local contacts made him extremely helpful when viewing homes. Given the sellers market, he never gave up on us and always advised us so that we didnt overextend ourselves. I really appreciated our rapport and he was always easy to get ahold of. Would highly recommend Chad! If we ever decide to move again, I wouldnt call anyone else!
