Yes, I would recommend Troy for a selling a home. As you can see from my ratings Troy did an excellent job for us. Since he's lived in Marshall his whole life, he knows not only the area, but the local culture, attitudes and viewpoints. His valuation process was straight forward, rational and sensible. Also recommended an excellent "closer" to me. As for his responsiveness, he is always just a text away. Lastly I chose excellent to rate his negotiations skills but "smooth" also describes his negotiation skills because he is both persuasive and efficient.
