Troy Charlton

Troy is fully committed to providing a level of service to his clients that consistently places him at the top of his profession. It is his focused approach of analysis, communication, perseverance and uncanny ability to listen to his clients' needs that sets him apart from his peers. He is sensitive to each of his customer's needs and desires and exemplifies the qualities that make him a leader in the Real Estate Industry today. Troy understands the importance of communication throughout the process and as a result, 90% of his business is repeat or referral business. "I look at each client as a valued customer with an understanding of their value to me and my business over their lifetime in buying and selling homes. It is my goal to keep my clients informed and educated throughout the home buying or selling process." Troy graduated from Belmont University in Nashville where he studied Psychology and Major Religious Studies. He has been awarded with several honors for his dedication to his clients. He truly cares about the needs of his clients and community. This is evident by the time he volunteers at his church, First Baptist Donelson, where he serves as Deacon. Troy is also a coordinator of our homeless outreach program, Room in the Inn, where he teaches in the youth department and attends camps and other events. Troy has devoted more than eight years to youth basketball and little league baseball. "I enjoy coaching because it allows me to spend more time with my children as well as an opportunity to reach out to other kids and give them a passion for participating in sports and learning life lessons that will help them in everything that they do."When not working hard to meet the needs of his clients, Troy enjoys spending time with his wife Julie and their children John, Luke, and Jude. They enjoy attending Vanderbilt sporting events together.
