About Tristina Hill

Tristina Hill is a native to the DeLand area, went to DeLand High School and attended Daytona State College to obtain an AA in business. She has 2 wonderful children that are heavily involved in sports and other various outdoor activities. Tristina plans on keeping DeLand her home for the remainder. After being in the hospitality industry, banking industry and dabbling lightly in medical classes, Tristina decided to follow her lifelong love of Real Estate. Throughout her years growing up she always followed what was new on the market, where prices were going and all the new local development. Since starting her Real Estate career in 2011, Tristina became a broker in 2015 and shortly after in 2016 started Southern Exclusive Realty Corp. Tristina was awarded the Tom Draganza award in 2012 and has been a member of the West Volusia Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence every year since. She has also obtained the (SRS) Seller Representative Specialist designation, (CRB) Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager and (RENE) Real Estate Negotiation Expert. Her plan to continue to grow Southern Exclusive Realty and her own book of business are widespread and still expanding. Southern Exclusive Realty Corp is a member of the DeLand Area Chamber of Commerce, Mainstreet DeLand, and the Better Business Bureau.
