Tristan Swanson

I am a life long Maine native and love this area completely. My wife and I live in York with our two children and are active members of the community. My first job was working in the local hardware store, I then did landscaping for my mother as a young man, I was a painting contractor for many years and ran my own painting and carpentry business for 9 years. My past work and experience give me a unique advantage when working with my real estate clients to help guide them through all the aspects of their real estate transactions from the contract, inspection, negotiations, repairs, and through to the closing table. I have built a great network of professionals over the years to assist with all aspects of real estate and we are honored to facilitate just about anything that needs to be done to get the deal to the closing table. I value the time with my family and friends at the highest level. I enjoy all types of outdoor
activities from gardening and mowing the lawn to mountain biking, skiing, flyfishing, and surfing. I am fortunate to have people in my life who enjoy all the same things. I am pleased to say that many of my clients also become close to me and we stay in touch and enjoy outings and conversations regularly.
