Trisha was our agent and helped us purchase our very first home. She was so flexible and easy to talk to. She understood what we were looking for in a home. She was quick with all paperwork needed on our part. She helped us set up all inspections and certifications when they were needed. She really saved the day at the very of end escrow and saved us a lot of money when the sellers agent did not complete the paperwork in a timely manner she found a way to get the paperwork and get the certification into escrow like a boss! She helped us reach the finish line on time! I would highly recommend Trisha because she is kind, caring, quick and takes the bull by the horns.
