? 1-Star Review aEUR" aEURoeNo Follow-Through, Empty Promises, and Left Us Worse OffaEUR? My experience working with this mortgage professional was frustrating, disheartening, and ultimately damaging to our financial process. We were told upfront that a credit score of 500 would be acceptable and that we could move forward toward getting pre-approved based on that. That conversation gave us hope, and we were clear about our timeline, our financial picture, and our goals. She agreed to follow up with us by September 4th, promising that wed have an answer on whether we were pre-approvedaEUR"or at the very least, a clear plan for what was next. That never happened. Thirteen days went by with absolutely no communication from heraEUR"not a phone call, not an email, not even a simple check-in. When I finally reached out to follow up (because I had to), she acted as if she was aEURoewaiting on informationaEUR?aEUR"but she never asked for it. Not once. She just sat on the file and waited until I called her. At that point, instead of delivering on the 500-credit strategy she originally offered, she presented us with a completely different planaEUR"one that centered around raising the credit score to 620 or 680, which was never part of our original conversation or agreement. It wasnt even discussed with us. It was just handed over like we were supposed to accept it without question. Not only did the plan not reflect our goals, it also appeared to be a generic credit repair templateaEUR"not customized to our situation or even connected to the work wed already done. To make matters worse, she had already completed a hard credit pull, which negatively impacted our scoreaEUR"yet there was zero movement or follow-through after that. She made our credit situation worse and then disappeared. When we finally spoke, rather than taking accountability, she deflected. She huffed, puffed, and subtly tried to shift the responsibility back onto us, even though we were the ones showing up, staying on top of timelines, and asking for honest communication. There was no apology for the delay. No ownership of the mixed messages. No acknowledgment of the impact on our finances. Just vague excuses and a pre-written plan we never agreed to. So Ill write the apology she never gave: aEURoeI'm sorry I gave you false hope, didnt follow through on my word, didnt respect your time, and made decisions about your financial future without involving you in them.aEUR? This experience made it clear that this was not someone who values transparency, communication, or integrity. If you are a buyeraEUR"especially one with unique credit circumstancesaEUR"I strongly urge you to go with someone else. Dont waste your time, energy, or your credit score on someone who will not advocate for you, communicate honestly, or show up like your time matters.

It is my pleasure to write a positive review for Mrs. In my opinion, Ms. Brown is an expert realtor and skillful at problem solving any issues that may occur involving selling or purchasing a new home. I am an Army veteran and wanted to sell my home at the same time purchase a forever home. Initially, I made a mistake in hiring two real estate agents not knowledgeable about short sales and VA home loans. For instance, my listing agent (Shelley Metropol) quit after an investor changed his mind purchasing my home during the due diligence phase. When I informed my buyers agent (Mark Roberson), he stated: aEURoeI doubt you will be able to purchase a home.aEUR? Mr. Roberson, stopped answering my phone calls. As a result, I terminated my contract with Mr. Roberson. I was no longer interested in selling and purchasing a new home. My spouse, found Mrs. Brown online and convinced me to contact her. After a brief conversation, I hired Mrs. Brown. First, she educated my wife and I about VA home loans and short sales. Next, she helped raise our credit scores by sixty points. Immediately after, she put our home on the market and through her real estate connections and expertise sold our home within forty eight hours-despite it being a very questionable market. We also hired Mrs. Brown as our buyers agent. Mrs. Brown, found our new forever home within a few weeks of selling our home. Mrs. Brown, went above and beyond to assist us in selling and purchasing our forever home. We would like to thank Mrs. Trisha Brown and Exclusive Realty, LLC.

Ms Jessica was so helpful and if I could give 100 stars I would. I started and finished my process from overseas and she handled EVERYTHING for me. She scheduled all my inspections, video recorded my house and went by occasionally to check on it for me. She made the experience less stressful.

It took about 3 months of serious looking to find the right home. Some days we would look at two or 3 houses. Even when I started getting discouraged, she would ensure me that we would find it. She always answered my text promptly. If I had a question she was quick to call me and explain it.she was always there to help me through the journey of finding my new home. I dont think I could have found a better realtor.
