The first property was listed for 2 summers with other Realitors, contacted Trish and came out and evaluated the property and said its not being shown at an appropriate price. Trish raised the price of the 150000. And had a contract in 7 days .This last house sold in less than 40 days and it was located an hour from anywhere. Trish and Deb marketed it to cater to the home and capitalized on locations around it on top of all the features the home offered. Trisha and Deb are top notch Realitors that look , listen, and evaluate each property as if it was there own on the market .
