Trish worked for eleven years as a Business Manager for a busy Doctor's office in Rockville, MD. She lives in the Frederick area with her husband Richard, and her younger son, fifteen year old Zack. Richard is a licensed Home Inspector. Her oldest son, Jake just got married to Gaby and they are purchasing a new construction home in Frederick! Jake graduated from the University of Maryland in 2013 with a degree in Fire Protection Engineering. Zack joined the local 4-H Club to show sheep, pigs and steer. Trish has always been a people person and a problem solver.

One day in 2005 she decided to make a change and she jumped into the real estate market, and she's never looked back! In her first year of business she was honored with the "Rookie of the Year" award from her local Coldwell Banker broker. Her path to real estate to success didn't stop there. When the real estate market crashed she turned her attention to distressed homeowners and how she could better assist them.

She works closely with the local Housing Counseling Agencies, Bankruptcy Attorneys and Court Mediators to better assist distressed homeowners. Her team consists of ten buyer's agent and two full time administrative staff, for around the clock service.
