Being from Massachusetts and looking for a home in Florida was overwhelming when we started looking. We found Trish while looking for a house in North Fort Myers. On our trip down Trish arranged over a dozen showings for us, we didnt have to worry about a thing. She knew our wants, needs and must haves in our home search. We had picked many to look at and Trish added a few as well. One of the ones she found for us we knew was the one for us as soon as we walked thru the door. After finding the house Trish and working a great deal for us she set us up with local lenders, local title companies, insurance vendors and all the utilities. The process was painless and very well organized. I would highly recommend Trish for all your realtor needs in the area.
