ZillowVERIFIEDTrish was our transaction broker. She was very accommodating with every part of the process. It was really quite painless and we had a very short closing. Trish and her assistant would talk to us early in the morning or late at night because we were on California time. Trish made herself available to us all the time. One time, in order to check on a sewer line she dug up some dirt herself! She is really hands on! We ended up having to do a loan and she referred us to a lender who funded the loan in record time. She is professional, polite and ready to assist and educate us every time. As a team, it looks like they get things DONE:) highly recommend Trish and her team!
