I recently closed on my first home with Trish Holt from Clear Choice Enterprises. Trish was an amazing broker and answered all of my questions about buying a house. My house search took a long time and there were a few false starts as I narrowed down what kind of home I wanted to buy. We've bought and sold many properties over the years. This was our first time of using a realtor representing both seller and buyer. We had reservations, at first, thinking there may be an issue with fair representation for both parties but Trish impressed us from the first moment. She never ceased to impress, even after the sale was completed and extra help was needed tracking down service providers. She was more than willing to help, going the extra distance! Not only is she knowledgeable and professional, she's an excellent communicator; tenacious in tracking down information; one who considers a problem and quickly arrives at a solution, even when it cost her something to do so; she is readily available and cheerful...no matter the hour or day. We would highly recommend Trish and will happily seek her out again, if an oppurtunity presents itself in the future.

Trish sold my Mom's house for me. She did an excellent job. The house sold within a couple days. She kept me informed on all aspects of the sale. She was helpful in obtaining individuals for a few repairs necessary for the sale & getting a radon system installed.
