I recently closed on my first home with Trish Holt from Clear Choice Enterprises. Trish was an amazing broker and answered all of my questions about buying a house. We've bought and sold many properties over the years. This was our first time of using a realtor representing both seller and buyer. We had reservations, at first, thinking there may be an issue with fair representation for both parties but Trish impressed us from the first moment. She never ceased to impress, even after the sale was completed and extra help was needed tracking down service providers. She was more than willing to help, going the extra distance! Not only is she knowledgeable and professional, she's an excellent communicator; tenacious in tracking down information; one who considers a problem and quickly arrives at a solution, even when it cost her something to do so; she is readily available and cheerful...no matter the hour or day.
