ZillowVERIFIEDTrish helped my husband and I buy a property in Clearwater and during the entire process I experience, we found her to be extremely experienced, professional and very friendly. We live on the east coast of Florida and travelled to Clearwater for showings and Trish made herself available whenever we needed her. Between our visits we kept in touch by phone and email. As new listings came on the market Trish visited those properties immediately and we used Facetime and videos to determine our interest. Nothing was too much trouble for her and we found a property and closed soon after. Our property needed a little updating and throughout the entire process she guided us through every step providing us with every vendor we needed to complete the renovation. And because we lived so far away, her help was invaluable.
