1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Have your financing ready. No home is 100% perfect.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Presentation is everything. They are not buying your home, they are buying their home. Don't take it personal.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with out of state buyers who want to better understand Vero Beach first, the neighborhoods second and the homes third. I have worked with sellers who have had different needs, when it came to selling, so curating a plan for them is my number one goal.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
In the Fall of 2025 the media was painting all of Florida with a broad brush. They were stating that Florida had increasing inventory and declining prices. Although that may be true in some areas of Florida it was not true of Vero Beach. We had an out of area realtor making an low offer on one of my listings. I made my seller aware of our market conditions and we passed on the offer. Two days later we had a full price, cash offer that we signed. Local knowledge made them an extra $100,000.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
My first broker, Sue Tauriello told me I would be a great Realtor. I helped a neighbor sell her home and then downsize into a condo. Then a friend bought a house and referred me to someone she overheard in a restaurant complaining about their realtor. They bought a condo and I was off to the races.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I am constantly watching the local market, the national market and educating myself with our inventory, current and future.

Tripp was a pro in helping me find a home on the island in Vero Beach. He is incredibly responsive, has excellent knowledge about the local market, has good local connections (inspections, repairs, insurance), and is nice to work with. I had a limited amount of time to view properties over the course of a week or so. Tripp accommodated my schedule and was efficient in showing the properties. We found a great property, and it just closed.
