Tripp was the first to respond to an inquiry online about property in Vero Beach. His response was warm and friendly, not over-bearing or annoying. Tripp was a pro in helping me find a home on the island in Vero Beach. He is incredibly responsive, has excellent knowledge about the local market, has good local connections (inspections, repairs, insurance), and is nice to work with. I had a limited amount of time to view properties over the course of a week or so. Tripp accommodated my schedule and was efficient in showing the properties. We found a great property, and it just closed.
