I believe that honesty and transparency builds solid relationships. Born and raised in Long Beach, CA and specifically a California Heights native est. 1967. My family owned, and we all worked at our restaurant, Mario's Pizza Deli, on the corner of Orange/Wardlow from 1978 until my father retired over 20 years later. Being a Realtor means service, compassion and follow through on behalf of each of my special clients, without fail. I have a far reaching background in the mortgage lending industry that began in 1989. Making the decision to leave that behind several years ago, and solely pursue being a Realtor, has been most satisfying. I take the years of knowledge from mortgage lending, with the passion I have to serve and help others, and have turned it into my life's work. Walking people through one of the three biggest decisions they could make in life outside of marriage and having children, is home ownership. I was the business liaison and on the PTA board for Longfellow Elementary School for several years. In that position, I worked with our small business owners to help support our school and built continuing relationships with our local business partners. Participating in the many community events in Cal Heights and Bixby Knolls , such as the California Heights Historical Home and Garden Tour, has kept me fully engaged with my home community where my roots are. Because I am a true native of the 90807 zip code of Long Beach, I am considered an expert of the area. I will use my lifelong love and knowledge of this incredible area of Long Beach to help navigate clients through selling or purchasing here.
