Carol helped us buy a house when the interest rates started to go up and everyone was in a buying frenzy. Despite us living in a different city, Carol did an incredible job of communicating and finding us hidden gens. As first time home buyers she coached us through the process. Her honesty was one of the qualities that I highly appreciated . Rather than pushing us to buy a house quickly, she would point out the shortcomings of the houses that were not apparent to us. She is was also able to get a house in our target location at a price below our target price. I would definitely go with her if I were ever to buy a house again! I highly recommend her.

My experience with Tricia from the very first moment on the phone, to in person, to buying our Dream Home, has been nothing but Pleasant respectful and knowledgeable and kind the entire time. We must have saw over 20 or 30 houses but we never gave up hope and she never stopped looking for our dream home until we finally found it and we've been living in it for over a year and we couldn't be more than happier with the outcome. As soon as we met with Leah and Tricia, I knew they were the ones to sell our home. They are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and wonderful to work with. Our house was on the market for 4 days and after two full open houses and 40 private showings, we had 24 offers, all over list price. They sat down with us (via Zoom) to go over every offer and narrow it down until we had accepted one. If you need to buy or sell a home - meet with this team - you won't regret it!
