As a Ranger qualified, army helicopter pilot for 22 years, my military career caused me to relocate on at least a dozen occasions, purchasing and selling countless homes throughout the country. Although it was typically temporary, nothing was more important to me than finding the right home in the right location for my family. The frustration and insecurity I regularly faced when working with the real estate agents and others in the housing market over these years has taught me how NOT to conduct my business! Upon my military retirement, I decided to become a General Contractor, built my dream home, eventually became a licensed Realtor, and now am the Broker-in-Charge of Lake Life Realty & Development. I realized my goal in being able to share my knowledge and expertise with all sides involved-helping people buy, sell, build and invest with confidence.
