My fiancA(C) and I met Colleen when she was showing us a rental home for another client of hers. She had asked us why were werent buying, and after a year of thinking on that question we were finally ready. We called Colleen and she got the ball rolling immediately, and made us excited about the upcoming process! As first time homebuyers we were extremely nervous about the process and how to navigate it. Colleen took her time to make sure we were informed and prepared. From day one she was extremely transparent and made things as easy as possible for us. She was professional, timely, and informative, while also always keeping our best interest in mind. When it came to finding the right home she made sure to schedule showings immediately and worked closely with our schedules. Every home she showed us she was transparent with her opinion on the state of the home and the positive and negatives. She did not let us settle for less. Once we found the right home she wrote our offer immediately. She made sure to include asking for trash removal and any adjustments we would like the homeowner to make. After our inspection she also got us 5,000 in concessions to help us put that back into our home! She made sure to also be throughout in our final walk through so that we were comfortable going into closing. Unfortunately Colleen couldnt make it to our closing but her son/ colleague Trevor was with us through that process. Trevor was amazing, and made us comfortable and excited. He also answered any questions we had day of. We were glad to be able to work with him as well! Colleen was an absolute joy to work with and helped us find the perfect home. She was especially great to work with as first time homebuyers. She always took the time to explain things to us, and fought for us down to every little detail. Not only is she amazing in her work, but she is an amazing person all around. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.
